We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but to keep things running smoothly, clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service. If you’re running behind, please give us a call—we’ll do our best to make it work!
A no-show means a missed appointment without prior notice. If you miss your appointment without reaching out, a fee may be charged, and repeat no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected—if you’d like to tip your stylist, cash is preferred.
